FULL SCOPE Welcome to my studio apartment. Let me begin by emphasizing that this listing is for a studio apartment that you would share with me. However, plug and play layout modifications can be added for functionality and privacy. The photos reflect the apartment in its standard layout. However, this layout is flexible and easy to modify based on your preferences. Check out the blueprint photo for the exact dimensions of the space.

SHARED SPACES Some shared spaces are dependent upon your sleep setup preference. However, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and balcony are aways shared.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS There are a few options.

I. Breakfast Nook: - converted into a semi private sleeping space - Loft bed (Twin) - floor to ceiling privacy curtains - small space, but very cozy

II. Couch: - as seen in photos

V. King Bed: - as seen in photos - shared with me

I work two jobs: Zipline Guide and freelance consultant. My work hours fluctuate greatly for both jobs. My consulting job is 100% remote. Sometimes I work from home, other times I walk to the Starbucks down the block to work, and other days I head down to the clubhouse here at the complex etc.

I spend a lot of my time at my apartment. Regardless of my presence, you are welcome to spend as much, or as little, time in my apartment as you’d like. This is ideal for someone comfortable in a shared loft style apartment, with limited privacy and cozy quarters! :)
