Quiet residence facing a wooded estate and a 9-minute walk from a superb black-sand beach and beautiful coves (some of them a bit naughty).

The residence offers a wide choice of restaurants, a wine bar and very good value for money! 15 min from Les Sablettes (fine sand beach and park), where you can take the boat bus to visit Toulon. Great walks in the area. (Bedroom with bed ******** and bz in living room ********m2 apartment on 3rd and top floor without elevator but with balcony ☺
