Toaster, nespresso, oven, kettle etc. Located in a new secure residence, alarm, private parking space in the basement, close to the train station and freeway entrance. You'll find all the basics for cooking and breakfast. New sofa bed and 140x190 mezzanine bed. 5 minutes from downtown and the port, where you can take the 2 euro shuttle bus to the port of Toulon in 15 minutes and walk there. 10 minutes from the beaches of sablettes and saint mandrier, 20 minutes from sanary and bandol. Notre Dame du Mai forest, overlooking the sea for walks and hikes, 10 minutes by car. Quiet neighborhood. Ideal location for visiting the region from marseille (3/4h) to nice (1h40). Come and enjoy this brand-new studio apartment for your vacations or work. We don't charge for cleaning, but you'll need to leave the apartment as clean as you found it.

Nearby Attractions

Port de la seyne where you will find 1 martime shuttle to get to toulon in 15 minutes and walk there. (Provencal market every day except Monday). Sandy beaches of sablettes 10 minutes by car and tamarisk cornice. Notre Dame du Mai forest massif for beautiful walks on coastal paths. 1 little further on, the pretty fishing port of saint mandrier. Six ovens 10 minutes away with the island of port ricard (les embiez) and the magnificent peninsula of gaou not to be missed, as an extension of the typical port of brusc. Sanary and its famous market (1st in France) and charming little port. Continuing on you will arrive at Bandol and the Bendor Islands. Cassis and its famous creeks not to be missed. Marseille at 3/4 h by the motorway. On the other side, of course saint tropez at 1 hour, bormes les mimosas, lavandou, and nice at 2 hours to visit the old town and walk the English for the day. The Italian border continuing 30 minutes from Nice, passing through the very pretty town of Menton

Host recommendations

The apartment must be left as clean as when you arrived (no cleaning charges). No parties or meetings in the apartment and of course for the respect of the neighborhood no noise after 20h. Non-smoking apartment (except terrace), no pets. I will be there to welcome you of course and when you leave. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or information you may require. I can pick you up at the train station if you come by train.
