Beautiful 4 bedroom home w/ pool, hot tub, 14 mins to Clearwater Beach

◈ If something is missing or not to your expectations, please let us know immediately so we can attempt to resolve it during your stay. ◈ No parking on the lawn ◈ We don't allow any parties. ◈ Please don't eat on the beds. We've made it a point to supply upscale bedding and want it to remain stain-free. ◈ No glass is allowed outside. ◈ Children are to be supervised at all times. There is a swimming pool and hot tub and such things can be dangerous for unsupervised children. There is no lifeguard on duty as this is a private residential home. ◈ No loud noises or music is to be played outdoors after 8pm. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors so that this home remains available for you and other guests to enjoy in the future. Guests who violate these rules may be asked to vacate the property immediately and forfeit any remaining nights of their stay. ◈ Please don't use the white bath towels outside, we do provide pool towels. ◈ Smoking is only allowed outside. Please ensure you fully extinguish any cigarette, and throw it in the trash. ◈ Do not leave any trash in the front or back yards. Please discard any garbage in the trash. ◈ Do not lower the Air Conditioner past 68 degrees as this will damage the unit. ◈ Do not go in the hot tub without first washing off any dirt or beach sand. This can damage the hot tub. ◈ Please replace the hot tub cover after each use. ◈ Do not use any soaps or oils in the hot tub. ◈ We do provide plenty of supplies for your stay, such as trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, shampoo and conditioner.
