The +/- 80m2 apartment comprises two bedrooms whose skylights open onto the living room.

This recently built, two-story house offers two distinct living spaces. Our rental is on the first floor with independent access. Large covered terrace. Just a stone's throw from the swimming pool and Mediterranean garden.

The apartment is not air-conditioned, so it stays cool all year round.

Children aged 16 and over only.

THE APARTMENT The living room, dining room and kitchen make up the bright and spacious living area (approx. 40m2). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and Nesspresso coffee maker. The bathroom is also very spacious, with a stone washbasin and a large walk-in shower. The WC is separate, as is the laundry area.

GARDEN The large covered terrace features two deckchairs for reading in the shade or napping, and a BBQ area. The terrace and its equipment are exclusive to the rental. If you prefer to bask in the sun, the swimming pool is just a few meters away. Surrounded by century-old olive trees and a cactus garden, it overlooks our vegetable garden and citrus collection. Offshore, the sea reminds you that the beaches are only a few kilometers away.

FREE WiFi but ... Here, we advocate digital detox. Firstly, because the location lends itself to being outside and enjoying nature. Secondly, because internet speed is limited due to the countryside.

SWIMMING POOL A 4.5m x 2.5m swimming pool is located below the terrace, separated by a low, planted wall, for a refreshing dip. If you're a swimmer, the sea is just the thing. Sun loungers and a day bed for chilling out in the sun or under the olive trees. We'll share the pool with you, but we know how to be discreet, so we'll take advantage of the pool when you go for a walk.

The pool is open from morning until nightfall. It is not heated. It remains pleasant for swimming from mid-May to the end of September.

FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP Because vacations are made for rest and relaxation, we've equipped our bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding: One with a 160 cm bed and American mattress and the other with a 160 cm bed and mattress topper. An extra folding bed is available on request (extra charge).

SUMMER KITCHEN Weber barbecue, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine. Bottle opener. What else ?

PETANQUE If you feel like it, you can even try your hand at pétanque, the local sport. We have a court next to the fish pond and vegetable garden.
