Beautiful village house in the Gard Provencal with private pool

A Comfortable house of 130 m2 full of charm with all the comforts of a home ... and a pool! A place to relax and chill with friends. We have been renting for 5 years (new here) and always got 5-star reviews.

We have been made to feel very welcome in the village. We really enjoy escaping from London to come here and relax just together or with friends.

Courtyard garden with stairs leading up to the 1st-floor large balcony. The balcony/terrace is perfect for long lunches and dinners where you can enjoy the local "Côtes du Rhône" wines. Table and chairs for 8.

Kitchen/Dinner : induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer. Table for 8, direct access to balcony/terrace

Main Lounge sofa and chairs, TV and Wifi and Second lounge/reading room sofa, both with direct access to balcony/terrace

Shower room : Washbasin, walk in shower, WC.

2nd Floor :

Bedroom 1: Air conditioned. Double bed (140 cm wide),

Bedroom 2: Air conditioned. Double bed (160 cm wide) or two single beds (2 x 80 cm),

Bedroom 3: Air conditioned. Double bed (160 cm wide). ensuite double washbasin and shower.

Family bathroom: Washbasin, bath, WC.

Outside :

Garden: Cosy garden of +/- 150 m2 enclosed by walls.

Shady terrace 1: On the ground floor. Table, 6 chairs.

Private heated pool: Secured by a fence. Pool size : 4m x 3m. Pool depth: 1m50 with stairs, 6 sunbeds.

Parking at about 50 meters from the house.

Laundry room: A washing machine and storage space.

You need a car to stay here, but the shops and markets are just a short distance. Lots of places to explore and discover in the area, with some great restaurants to be found. Although, like us, you may prefer to have dinner at home and sample the excellent cotes du rhone wine from the village. Relax in the pool and enjoy spending time with loved ones.
