Pleasant, recently renovated cottage. Quiet cul-de-sac, 7-minute walk from Dinan's historic center. Loft style for this cosy house: staircase leading to 2 independent but not partitioned sleeping areas. Small, private terrace. Assets: charm, calm, free street parking, proximity to Dinan (center and port) and beaches (20 min drive to Lancieux, Dinard). Description: Ground floor: kitchen, living room and terrace. 1st floor: bathroom and sleeping area (2 beds 80x200 or 1 bed 160x200). 2nd floor: 1 bed 160x200. The accommodation is suitable for babies and children. There are plenty of games and books to keep them entertained. Please note that the staircase to each level is not secured by a gate or barrier. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The low ceiling on the ground floor can be a problem for very tall people. The terrace is a nice outdoor space, but not very large.
