Ideally located just a few meters from the slopes, the cable car and the starting points for hiking, mountain biking and other activities. Numerous shops at the foot of the residence: restaurants, mini-market, bakery, equipment rental...

Come and recharge your batteries in Villard-de-Lans, a friendly, dynamic resort with a 125km ski area, complete with snow cannons, in a magnificent natural environment.

In winter and summer alike, you can enjoy a wide range of sports and nature activities in the breathtaking Vercors countryside. A breath of fresh air less than : 45 minutes from Grenoble, 1h30 from Lyon, 1h30 from Valence.

The fully-renovated studio is located at "Balcon de Villard", an easily-accessible locality with plenty of free parking, just a few minutes by car from the historic town center of Villard-de-Lans, a picturesque mountain village. Dynamic and lively all year round, you'll find plenty of restaurants, stores and grocery stores, bars and tobacconists, casino, aquatic center, bowling alley, skating rink, cinema, etc.

The apartment: It has 2 bunk beds for 1 person with quality mattresses (90cm) in the entrance area, as well as a sofa bed for 2 (140cm) in the main living area. Each bed comes with its own cushion, mattress protector and comforter. Remember to bring your own fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcase.

There's a ski locker that you can use to store your skis, snowboards and other belongings. It's locked with a key and secured by a keypad door, so please don't damage the apartment.

At the entrance to the apartment, you'll find a large storage area with cupboards, closet and hangers. We ask you to place your ski boots or sledges in the stainless steel bin provided to avoid any damage. You can also hang up wet clothes to drain. If you use the drying rack, please put a cloth underneath to avoid damaging the parquet floor. You can also store suitcases under the bunk bed. Books, board games and crayons are available.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

A large bay window gives you plenty of light and a view of the mountains towards Les Glovettes.

To the right of the kitchen is the sliding door to the spacious, refurbished shower room: shower, washbasin with cupboard and hairdryer, WC and clothesline. Please note that the water is very hot. Remember to bring your towels and bath mat.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is served by a staircase and elevator. It has blackout curtains and an electric roller shutter for total or partial darkness at night, at your convenience.

Please do not smoke in the apartment!
