New Orleans Adjacent! We are ONE BLOCK from NOLA. Just a few minutes drive or Uber to the French Quarter.
This is a large, sunny upstairs apartment. Live music venue just down the street. Everything you need is here! There's a bottle of bubbly in the fridge to welcome you. You can see the sunrise from the bedrooms (no worries, blackout curtains!) and the sunset from the Living Room.
Two big bedrooms with Queen size beds, two full bathrooms. Daybed with trundle in the Living Room. New Orleans funky vibe. Well appointed kitchen and baths, plenty of towels! All cookware, utensils, dinnerware and glassware. NEW washer and dryer in the unit! Off street parking for two cars.
Well trained dogs are welcome, you have access to the huge yard.
Minutes to all that Nola has to offer (less than 15 minutes to the French Quarter!)- yet in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything is nearby! Great restaurants everywhere. Walking trail just down the street. Security cameras out front and in the back yard, none in the unit. Security alarm. Questions? Feel free to email.
