I spend most of the week in Austin at my own home, the main house on the property. I’m usually available within 30 minutes if you need, but otherwise no need to interact if you’d rather have your own vibe and space. The unit is fine for 1-2 people for short and long stays, but for 3-4 people, a stay beyond a long weekend is probably not a great idea. No ********der the age of 12, the loft ladder is too tempting for kids, and if you are an adult and have difficulty climbing or with stairs, recommend against sleeping on the loft bed.

I had the pleasure of staying at Matt's casita which was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged. The place has all the amenities one could ask for. The location is a real standout feature. Situated conveniently close to the heart of Austin, it made it incredibly easy to immerse myself in the vibrant local scene. What truly sets this experience apart is the Matt's warmth and hospitality. He was always available to answer any questions, provide local tips, and ensure that I felt at home.
