You can also swap from one of our properties to another as available if needed

HOUSE RULES AGREED TO UPON BOOKING:

If you have very few five star reviews (less than 10) and/or minimal personal information in your profile we will require a government-issued photo ID that includes current home address within two hours of booking.

We may also require a separate application and/or rental agreement at any time prior to, during, or after the MisterBnb booking process, regardless of number of reviews. If your credit or background check is unsatisfactory then we reserve the right to immediately require Guest to cancel the booking. This process does not replace a booking thru MisterBnb. Payments and such remain with MisterBnb.

We may ask that any booking requests sent prior to having sent an inquiry be withdrawn by the Guest immediately.

Early move-in and late moveout MAY be possible if requested prior to booking. Request made later may not be possible.

Luggage MAY possibly be left early or late if requested before booking.

Parking MAY be possible. You MUST ask prior to booking about availability. Please do not assume parking is provided.

Staff hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday only (closed Saturday and Sunday). If you have an emergency or an urgent matter please CALL rather than text or message only. We may not check platform or text messages outside of business hours.

Pets may be allowed ONLY if requested at booking. Dogs must be nonaggressive and not make noise in a manner that would bother others and must be up to date on shots. There may be breed and size limitations. There may be an additional charge. Pets must be up to date on shots and on active flea and tick treatment. Should pets be overly aggressive or noisy Owner may require Guest to take corrective steps up to and including removal of the pet from the property. Should this be required there is no refund for past or future nights.

No smoking or vaping (including marijuana) is allowed in the property or in any indoor or outdoor shared areas.

This property is in an upscale residential area full of hard-working professionals. We expect guests to respect their neighbors. Please be reasonably quiet. No parties or gatherings. Quiet hours after 10 pm and before 7:30 am. Reservation is for the number of people indicated when booking.

POOL and HOT TUB RULES:

Exercise pool and hot tub are NOT guaranteed with your booking. We include the photos to show layout. If use is granted it is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and is not guaranteed to be always available.
No glass or sharp objects at any time. The pool has a membrane liner and a glass cut in the liner could cost thousands of dollars to repair.
Instructions are provided for locking the hot tub and pool covers. Pool and hot tub MUST be secured at locked at any time not in immediate use with you there physically in the pool and hot tub area.
