You’ll have a spacious double room for your exclusive use, equipped with a comfortable 140 × 200 cm bed, a built-in closet, and direct access to a pleasant private terrace where you can relax after a day of sightseeing or work.

In addition, you’ll have a private bathroom for your exclusive use, equipped with a sink and toilet, providing extra comfort and privacy throughout your stay. The only shared area is the shower, located in the apartment’s main bathroom.

The room has been designed to offer rest and well-being, making it a true haven right in the heart of Madrid.

Your stay includes exclusive use of the room, the private terrace, and the private half-bath. The kitchen and living room are part of the host’s private area.

The bedroom, the terrace, and the private bathroom are for guests’ exclusive use. The rest of the home—including the kitchen, the living room, and my bedroom—is part of my private living space.
