A large, bright and inviting living room, a well-equipped separate kitchen, a mini shower room - it's all there. Conveniently located in a sought-after neighborhood close to downtown Lyon, the park and La Part Dieu. Metro station at the foot of the building. You will be independent in this apartment, but I welcome you and can spend some time with you if you wish. Metro, shops, restaurants and cinema are at the foot of the building; the magnificent Parc de la tête d'Or is 200 m away, La Part-Dieu (shopping center and train station) is 500 m away and Lyon's hypercenter, known here as "la presqu'ile", is 2 metro stations away. The gay district, with its bars, saunas, clubs and nightclubs, is a 20-minute walk away, both on the presqu'ile and in old Lyon.

The park and its large tropical greenhouses are just 200 m away, and the Part-Dieu shopping center at the end of the street is one of the biggest in Europe! Eating out: Lyon is generally a good place to eat, with many small restaurants in the adjacent streets. For a taste of Lyon's authentic bouchons, it's best to head for the center: Le Garet, Le café des fédérations, La Meunière are among the most authentic; bouchon = cochonailles or quenelle, a reduced menu, but real expertise in cooking and a unique, intimate atmosphere. A gay sauna? Go to the double-side. As for the other addresses, they're in all the guidebooks.

As far as possible, I will welcome you personally in this apartment that was once mine. If you wish, we can spend a convivial moment together. If you let me know in advance, I can free up one or two hours to talk to you about the city or anything else... This apartment is a little nest with a soul, not a bland hotel room. Not everything is perfect, but so far those who stay there are very satisfied ... the 4**** hotels in town are probably a notch above, but not at the same rate!!! Bed linen, comforter and towels are provided, and you'll find the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Please make yourself at home by respecting these places and tidying them up before you leave, leaving the dishes clean and emptying the garbage cans (communal garbage cans in the courtyard on the ground floor). If anything is broken or not working, please let me know. The condominium is small and all the residents are involved. Neighbors are discreet and friendly, so please show respect for them and the common areas.
