Welcome to my elegant and quiet retreat in Paris!

120 square meters designed with three main pillars in mind: comfort, privacy, and designer furnishings. In my penthouse you will find a cozy fireplace, a Steinway grand piano, en a charming terrace.

You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for hosting your friends.

This 120 sqm two-bedroom loft is located on the 4th floor (no elevator). Being on the top floor of Paris guarantees absolute tranquility and abundant natural light throughout the day. As the sun sets, curated designer lights create a beautiful atmosphere.

The apartment has a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen with concrete floor and a long dining table, perfect for hosting. The living room boasts a large Cassina couch, perfect for enjoying a campfire, listening to vinyls, streaming music via AirPlay on the Sonos system, or playing the piano.

The Italian shower is very impressive. Big enough for 1, 2 and even 3! The two bedrooms are designed for comfort: the downstairs bed has a pure wool mattress and is adorned with Muji bedding. The loft room, affectionately called the Cloud Room, doubles as a game room. It is equipped with a large TV, a PS5 console, and subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+.

I regularly test the Internet speed, which is about 106 Mbps for downloads and 67 Mbps for uploads in the living room where I set up the workspace. The speed is slightly lower in the dining room.
