The former stables of my house have been converted into a beautiful apartment on the ground floor in the heart of the Marais Poitevin "La venise Verte". ideal for a couple, its surface area is around 70m2. You enter into a large living room with a lovely fitted kitchen area, where I've installed a top-quality 160cm bed, surrounded by its magical curtains. There's a lovely shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet. TV, TNT, WIFI internet connection, all the comforts of home.
