The totally central location in the hot spots of Prenzlauer Berg (Helmholtzplatz, Schönauser Allee, Gethsemane Church, Kulturbrauerei, Mauerpark) should be emphasized. There are several cafés, bars, restaurants and trendy stores in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. There are also transport links to the rest of Berlin via the M1 and M12 streetcars (2 minutes from the front door) and via the SCHÖNHAUSER ALLEE station with U2,S41,S42,S8,S9 (5 minutes from the front door).

Buchholzer Strasse itself is one of the quiet side streets between Schönauser Allee and Pappelallee with classic old building facades throughout. The view from the apartment to the outside falls on the very beautiful brick architecture of the buildings opposite.

The entire apartment has wooden flooring. Curtains and external blinds provide the necessary distance to the outside. The oversized double bed (160 x 220 cm) in real olive wood is a cozy retreat. The couch in the living/dining room can also be used as a comfortable guest bed and can be pulled out to 160 x 200 cm. The modern bathroom is equipped with a modern and comfortable walk-in shower (rain shower/adjustable hand shower head). The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and consists of a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, ceramic sink and large fridge with freezer compartment. A fast W-Lan flat and the flat-screen TV (40 inch, cable TV with 350 channels, internet-enabled) provide for sophisticated entertainment. On request, we will show the VAT on the invoice. The issuing of landlord certificates for submission to the Berlin authorities is no problem.
