Very quiet country setting, re-roofed with local tiles, new gate, insulation inside and out, wood-burning fireplace, very warm house with very good reviews. All the charm of the old combined with the modern. Places to visit: Guédelon medieval construction site, with all the companions' workshops, Château de Saint Fargeau and its sound and light show with 300 local volunteer actors. Boutissaint wildlife park with 300 species of free-ranging animals. Lac du Bourdon with its artificial beach and picnic areas in the forest. Pottery region.
