Luxury 3BR/3BA Amapas (Zona Romantica) condo with enchanting views

GENERAL RULES 1. All guests must sign this document affirming their agreement to respect and to abide by these rules prior to checking into the condominium. This document must be returned to the General Administrator within two ******** hours of check-in. It may also be scanned and emailed to: ******** to the attention of the General Administrator with a request for confirmation of receipt. 2. Only guests approved by the Owner or Property manager will have access to the property. Renters agree that they are prohibited from subletting their rental units. 3. A maximum of 8 visitors may be hosted by a renter. Please provide the names of all guests to the individual property manager and General Administrator in advance of their visit to Renaissance. 4. Renters and their guests are allowed to have pets on property only with the written permission of the owner. A “Pet Rules” form must be signed by both the renter and the owner. **Required pet permissions also include any pet licensed as a “special needs” or “assistance” animal. These animals do not have special status under Mexican law.** 5. No hanging towels, clothes, banners or other objects from Balcony railings. Do not throw objects from the balconies. 6. Refrain from running, screaming or shouting in common areas. 7. Trash is to be placed in the trash barrel located outside garage doors on the top level of the main tower (Calle Hortensias entrance). 8. Please sort all heavy plastics, glass and aluminum in one of the recycling barrels located in the upper level West garage (garage to the right if exiting the building towards Calle Hortensias). 9. Quiet Hours (no noise) after 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday until 8 AM and after 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday until 8 AM. 10. For Tower units that have private splash pools (Jacuzzis), please ensure that the pump motors of these units are not functioning prior to 9:00 AM and after 11:00 PM each day of the week. The noise and vibration from these units can be heard and felt in nearby condos. 11. Any illegal activities performed on Renaissance property will result in immediate expulsion and eviction. Illegal activity is defined as, any activity deemed illegal or immoral by the Mexican government
