★Your pet has to be approved by me before you make your reservation We will accept your pet less than 20kg/45lb (dog/cat) ★ On all reservations with a pet, an additional $25 USD will be added to the cleaning fee if you bring your pet ★$25 USD Lost Key fee will be added if you lose the key ★ If you do not vacate the property at the prearranged check-out time there will be a $100 USD penalty. ★Self-Check-In Acknowledgment:**Guests understand and accept the self-check-in process. ★NO parties/kids under 12 years old ★Smoking on Balcony only ★The condo must be kept clean. ★Before you leave you will be expected to leave the condo orderly and not a mess. Please do your dishes before you check out. ★The A/C and lights must not be left on when you are not in the apartment. Electricity is very expensive in Puerto Vallarta, please be respectful! ★Check-in time is 3 pm to 11 pm If you would like an early check-in we MIGHT be able to accommodate you. There is a $15 charge for early check-in as we will have to re-schedule the maid ad a different time. ★Check-out time is 11 am ★We can normally store your bags for you so you can come back closer to your checkout time and pick them up, there is no extra charge for this. ★ There will be an automatic late check-out fee of $ 100 USD a day if the guest does not vacate the property on the check-out day at the pre-arranged time.
