The Residence is less than 100 meters from the sandy beach, has 2 large outdoor swimming pools open in season (April/October) and a restaurant. This apartment is 300 meters from numerous shops and less than 2 km from the center of Cannes and its Palais des Festivals.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, comprising a living room (with 2 sofa beds) & kitchen with dining area, a bathroom/WC, a bedroom with double bed & an 8 m2 covered terrace with table & chairs to enjoy the Cannes air.
High-speed WIFI connection via fiber, TV and box (35 channels). In the immediate vicinity of the residence: pharmacy, snack bar, pizzas, bank, well-stocked Carrefour store, etc...
