Villa Hoy, Apartment Almendra

Villa Hoy is a 500 m2 apartment building on a 5,000 m2 plot with some outbuildings at a 3-minute walk from the picturesque center of Aigües. The village - about 1000 inhabitants - is located at an altitude of 300 meters in a mountainous area. Villa Hoy is located only 20 minutes north of Alicante and just 10 minutes from the beach of El Campello.

Apartment Almendra is a cozy double apartment (40 m2) on the first floor of the Villa. A spacious 2-person bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom including a walk-in shower, double sinks and a lockable toilet. Living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers a view on the mountains and the olive trees – the views are like a painting! The apartment has a French balcony.

In the summer, Villa Hoy is the place to relax, to enjoy a "normal" holiday full of sun, sea, beach and Spanish life. In spring, autumn and winter we organize all kinds of sports holidays such as: tennis, padel (I am a certified trainer in both), golf, hiking and cycling. A "break point", not only in the summer, but all year round.

Villa Hoy offers you a beautiful, subtropical garden with various seating areas and ample sports facilities, such as the swimming pool. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen will provide cozy moments with summer drinks and Spanish delicacies. In the audiovisual room/library/galery you will find books, various games, an exposicion of art and an authentic table football game. In the spacious parking lot, guests can park their car safely behind the gate.

Villa Hoy has been completely modernized in 2023, taking into account the most up to date requirements in terms of green facilities.
