Please do this on the roof. 🚭 BE TIDY - please try to keep things clean, organized, and inform us of any damage. 🥂 ATTENTION - all items are personal belongings (sentimental value!). Don't let anyone steal them. 🥺 GENEROSITY - if you use supplies (spices, food, etc.) - please replace them - it’s good karma. 💗 RESPECT - do not make excessive noise - quiet hours begin at 22:00 (10PM) - we have neighbors! 🔊 SHARING - while in the common spaces (lobby, rooftop/pool, hallways) - behave extra well. 🙈 GENTLENESS - use a cutting board when cooking, and clean your feet before entering. 🏖 Most importantly... have lots of fun and be happy! ☀🥳

Amazing loft, very good location in Ipanema. Loved all the attention from the host plus the treats with a unique experience, especially with all the tech around the apartment. Private garage and a pool for this price was quite a deal. Can't wait to comeback! The apartment was perfect for a couple, all the well thought details like the privacy and bathtub made me want this place and now I'm even inspired of doing some updates at my home to feel more like Obo casa. I'm definitely recommend the place

OBO house was the best place that I ever stayed, very modern, I loved the design and how the apartament is all connected with voice commands, the place is brand new, the area is amazing, nearby to the beach, restaurants and night life, Joshua is a great host, he helped me since I booked until I left, I really recommend it, for sure this will always be my choice when I'm back in Rio!

The place is really like you see in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. I was very welcomed by the receptionist who gave me many tips about the place and the neighborhood. Any time I needed they were there to assist me. I highly recommend.
