Two roof terraces: 25sqm to the south (living room) and 25sqm to the north/east (bedroom). Smoking is only allowed there!

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. There are no private things in the apartment. Bedroom with double bed for two persons. Two sofa beds in the living room. Five people can sleep on them. In summer I don't mind if additional visitors with sleeping bags spend the night on the terraces :-)

Parquet floor, kitchen with fitted kitchen and full equipment: fully automatic coffee machine, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, stove, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc.

There is also fast fiber optic WLAN from Telekom and a TV with cable reception, as well as a soundbar with subwoofer via Bluetooth.

Bed linen and towels are provided, bed is freshly made. Pleated blinds on many windows, electric awning on the south-facing roof terrace, external blinds in the east-facing living room.

The entire apartment block is wheelchair accessible: everything is steplessly accessible, including entrance, door opener and elevator.

We can arrange the times for check-in and check-out flexibly. The entire apartment is always handed over to a prospective tenant.

Location: central and very quiet, as it is in the rear building away from the street. 5 min. walk behind the Bavaria, approx. 8 min. walk to Theresienwiese. Subway and S-Bahn are also within 3 min. walking distance. Old quarter (Westend) with many stores and restaurants.
