A few rules will help make our cohabitation great. The first one is to make yourself at home. You are my guest and are free to move around the house and use the fridge, stove, and washing machine. The second rule is about bringing other people to the house. We enjoy gatherings, but the house is medium-sized, and having more people than us can be uncomfortable for both of us. The third rule is about drugs. They are not allowed in the home or its premises, okay? (regular cigarettes and alcohol are permitted) If you use them outside (no judgment), please make sure you return sober. The fourth rule, I have complete trust in you. However, in the case of any criminal activity, I will file a police report and take appropriate action. Finally, the condominium has strict rules. So, please avoid causing disturbances and disrespecting the staff and other residents. An additional fee of 100 Euros will be charged if any nuisance occurs.
