I’m new to misterb&b and am still getting used to the platform, but welcoming guests and respecting travelers’ personal space are nothing new to me.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay in different places, both in Brazil and abroad, and being on the other side has taught me a lot about what really makes a difference in a stay: comfort, privacy, attention, respect, and a host who’s available when needed—without invading the guest’s space.

I’m a very helpful and respectful person. I can assist with information about transportation, the area, places to visit, and other needs during your stay, always respecting each person’s individuality and privacy.

Private room in a new, recently completed apartment in São Mateus, about a 2-minute walk from the Jardim Colonial Monorail Station.

The room is furnished and ready to welcome guests, featuring:

This experience is entirely optional and can be requested during your stay, subject to availability. Prices, duration, and details are arranged in advance.

For stays of 7 nights or more, I offer the following as a complimentary service:

A 1-hour wellness experience featuring a relaxing massage, customized according to the preferences and needs provided by the guest.

If you have any specific needs that go beyond what I offer, I can also assist by recommending a suitable professional.

The experience is always provided upon request, respecting your comfort, privacy, and any previously agreed-upon boundaries.

The apartment was recently handed over by the developer, and the other rooms are being furnished and personalized gradually. The advertised room is already ready for guests.

Some additional spaces may be available during your stay, upon prior request.

There is also the possibility of another bedroom or home office space, depending on availability.

I want every guest to be able to enjoy their stay with peace of mind and freedom. Privacy, respect, and good coexistence are essential here.

Visitors and use of other areas must be arranged in advance.

The entertainment system also includes adult content, which is restricted and can only be accessed upon the guest’s request.

*Apps, platforms, channels, and content are subject to availability and their respective access conditions.

Important: The reservation is for a private room within the apartment, not for the rental of the entire property.

For the safety of the guest and the owner, there is a security camera located exclusively at the property’s entrance. There are no cameras in the bedroom, bathroom, or any other private space. The camera is not used to intrude on privacy.
