The bedroom is shared with me, the owner and host of the apartment. The room has a queen-size bed, so the sleeping area is also shared. This will always be disclosed in advance, and the reservation is only confirmed once the guest is comfortable with this arrangement.
I’m new to misterb&b, but I’ve had plenty of experience as a guest, both in Brazil and abroad. That’s why I highly value respect, privacy, hygiene, freedom, and getting along well with others. I’m very attentive and enjoy helping my guests in any way I can, without invading anyone’s personal space.
The apartment is new and is located about a 2-minute walk from the Jardim Colonial Monorail Station in São Mateus.
The room features a queen-size bed and linens, Wi-Fi, cozy lighting, and a projector with a screen size of up to 120 inches, 4K playback with AI-enhanced features, as well as live channels, movies, TV shows, and entertainment apps.*
🏳🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment.
I also offer, subject to availability, a relaxing massage as an additional service. For stays of 7 nights or more, a relaxing massage experience of up to 1 hour may be offered as a courtesy.
🔐 Security: There is a camera dedicated exclusively to monitoring the property’s entrance, for the safety of both guests and the owner. There are no cameras in the bedroom, bathroom, or other private spaces.
The apartment was recently completed, and some of the other rooms are still being furnished and personalized.
