Shared Room with Me | Queen-Size Bed + 120-inch TVNew

The bedroom is shared with me, the apartment’s owner and host. The room has a queen-size bed, so the sleeping area is also shared. This will always be disclosed in advance, and the reservation is only confirmed once the guest is comfortable with this arrangement.

I’m new to misterb&b, but I’ve had several experiences as a guest, both in Brazil and abroad. That’s why I highly value respect, privacy, hygiene, freedom, and getting along well with others. I’m very attentive and enjoy helping my guests in any way I can, without invading anyone’s personal space.

The apartment is new and is located about a 2-minute walk from the Jardim Colonial Monorail Station in São Mateus.

The room features a queen-size bed and linens, Wi-Fi, cozy lighting, and a projector with a screen size of up to 120 inches, 4K playback with AI-enhanced features, as well as live channels, movies, TV shows, and entertainment apps.*

A welcoming, non-judgmental, LGBTQ+-friendly environment I’m a laid-back and attentive guy.

I also offer, subject to availability, a relaxing massage as an additional service. For stays of 7 nights or more, a relaxing massage of up to 1 hour may be offered as a courtesy.

🔐 Security: There is a camera dedicated exclusively to monitoring the property’s entrance, for the safety of both the guest and the host. There are no cameras in the bedroom, bathroom, or other private spaces. i The host is busy, but this won’t be a problem, as I also offer additional services, including massages (see conditions) and relaxing baths (using the right products for a truly soothing and restorative bath that promotes deep relaxation.

If you’re interested in another space, I also have a nearby one ready to welcome you, featuring a suite with a whirlpool tub and bath amenities (please let me know in advance so I can heat the water)

A true spa with a whirlpool for you to enjoy alone or with your partner or friends, comfortably accommodating at least 7 people. (Overnight or multiple nights) Mattress not included, however, one is available upon request (please check with the host).

If you have any specific requests or would like to engage in any particular activity (fetish), please let me know in advance so I can make the necessary arrangements.

The apartment was recently completed, and some of the other rooms are still being furnished and personalized.

Important: This option involves shared accommodation with the host, including the bedroom and the queen-size bed. If you prefer complete privacy, you can also book a private room, subject to availability.
