Keep it simple at our peaceful guest house! Atop our garage, overlooking a garden full of plants in the shade of a HUGE Avocado tree, Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Crenshaw Manor is our garden oasis; AvoCasa!

Featuring it's own side gate entrance, semi-private patio area with table/seating & dumb/kettlebells, driveway parking, WIFI, Smart TV, AC/Heat and Air Purifier! Additionally, the unit has a kitchen with stove top, air-fryer oven, microwave, kettle/coffee press and fridge/freezer. Newly purchased bedding adorn a queen size bed!

About US: The main house is occupied by my sister and I, along with our senior dog, Harry. You may see him roaming the garden but he is friendly and very quiet. We are a British born, LA raised, LGBTQ+ and POC friendly home. When home, we enjoy the space by hosting dinner's with friend's, listening to records and enjoying the outdoor space.

We want you to enjoy and relax in this space but we do ask that you are respectful of our home and not invite over any extra guests.
