Everything you need to stay in Paris. It is ideal for two persons, up to four (less comfy though). The place is in the center of Paris and only a 10 to 15-minute walk from the historical gay area Le Marais, which gathers gay restaurants (Les Marronniers, Jule's,...), bars (Quetzal, Raidd, Cox,...), saunas (Sun City, IDM,...), and clubs (Gibus, Who's, FreeDJ,...). Besides these emblematic gay spots, the neighborhood has indie boutiques, cute restaurants, parks, and museums.

The place is continuously improved and upgraded, hopefully to the liking of each guest. I aim to make it a place you want to stay and return to. Some storage and cupboards are locked: the cabinet under the bathroom sink and the bedroom's first closet. Please do not try to force them at risk of damaging them. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in the apartment and the common parts of the building. It is also strictly forbidden to party. If noise or parties are reported despite the ban, I'll be obliged to file a complaint and refer to ********. It's essential to respect the community and the neighborhood. There is a park close to walking dogs, so don't walk them in the building. The residence is old and does not meet the requirements for persons with limited mobility. Thank you in advance for your understanding and goodwill.
