Viktualienmarkt, Gärtnerplatz, Deutsches Museum, Marienplatz, Blitz nightclub, Deutsche Eiche sauna, and the river Isar are all within 10 minutes scenic walk. 15 minutes walk to Glockenbach gay district even though this area is pretty gay too! Convenient and stress free public transit connection to Oktoberfest!
Very well-connected to major U Bahn, S Bahn, trams, and bus stations. Across the street from one of the best Bavarian restaurants in the city, tons of interesting shops, attractions, restaurants, night life, cafe around the area. I'll give you a list on ******** Maps so don't worry.
