HOUSE RULES:
-NO Smoking of any kind indoor or outdoor on the property.
-NO Parties allowed.
-NO extra guests allowed overnight that are not on the reservation.
-NO illegal drug use on the property.
-Guest must provide photos of valid government identifications (IDs) within 48 hours of booking for all the adult guests who will be staying that are on the reservation.
-The guest who completed the booking on their account and all other guests on the reservation must be present in-person at the time of check-in to receive the house keys from the host.
-All adult guests must provide their cellphone numbers prior to check-in.
-There are security cameras on the exterior of the property, guests are not to obstruct or tamper with the system or cameras.
-If guest has a vehicle, guest must park the vehicle in the driveway or carport on the property.
-Guests are not to sit on indoor furniture while wet after swimming.
-Guests are not to enter the house while wet as we have hardwood flooring and it can damage the wood.
-Guests are not to sit on couches while eating; please use the dining room table to eat.
-Guests must use place mats provided for you on table when eating.
-Do not flush paper down the toilet; please use trash cans.
-No shoes on couches or ottoman.
-No breaking or tearing furniture.
-If children guests are at the property, adult guest must be present with the children at all times.
-Children must have adult supervision at all times when using the backyard, the pool, or jacuzzi.
-Close garage/game room door when leaving the property
-Close house doors and windows when Air Conditioner Cool or Heat is on.
-Turn OFF Air Conditioner if doors or windows are open.
-Close back-patio table umbrella using handle (crank) when not in use or when windy.
-Pool guy service once a week and Gardner service once week.
-When using the laundry room, always check and clear the dryer lint filter after each use.
-When using the master bathroom’s jacuzzi jetted tub, only turn on the jets once water is filled enough to cover all jets.
-Guest must not commit any illegal activity on the property or against the property or against the property owner or hosts.
-You are in a residential area, be mindful of neighbors and please do not play loud music after 10pm.
-Extra fee for each pet staying
-Prior to check-in, all guests must confirm via messaging, text, email, or signed writing that all guests read, understand, and will abide by all House Rules.
**If any house rules are broken, we reserve the right to cancel the booking in its entirety.
