Sharing bedroom with Host near Alexanderplatz

This is a sharing bedroom with Host and his friend. This room has one single bed and one double bed. In the double host will sleep with his friend. And guest will get a single bed for him self in the same room. That means 1 room we are 3 person will sleep.

* This is 2 bedroom apartment in the private bedroom will sleep 2 more guest. Private bedroom guest need to pass by this room to go to there room. I make this room separate by Hanging the Curtain so private bedroom guest will not see us and we will not see them when they pass by to there room.

* This is not a private bedroom also not an entrir Apartments make sure you know that.

* Guest who has high standards demand and need more privacy this place is not a right place for them.

* If you need place to sleep during your holiday in Berlin and need kitchen to cook, Bathroom for shower this is a right place for you.

* Washing machine only can use if you book the room more then a week. If you book for less then a week you are not allow to use the washing machine make sure you know it. * If you use the kitchen you have to wash the dishes by your self emidatly after cooking and eating. * I do have free high speed WI-FI at my Apartment. * My Apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator or lifts. Make sure you know it that you have claim up by stairs. * Clean Quite and friendly people are welcome to book my place. * No party no additional guest are allow at my place.

* Quite hours is from 10PM to 8AM in the morning. You will get a keys for enter in the apartment 24 hours. But make you stay quiet if you come back during the midnight.

* It is my private apartment make sure you not disturb my neighbors.

* From Alexanderplatz it takes 6 minutes to arrive at my place by TRAM M2 and from Belrin HBF 15 minutes by TRAM M10. You can drop off Prenzlauer Alle/ Danziger Str.

* As I am a private host you need to contact with me before you arrive to check in. Make sure you sent me messages in my ******** at list 1 day early.
