A brand new house in a new development in San Antonio TX. Lots of history and famous attractions close at hand. My house if conveniently located near the highway and a 10 minute drive to downtown and the gay strip. Other historical attractions are also a short drive away. Having a vehicle is recommended.

I am pretty easy going and live alone with my 2 pugs. You have sole access to the bathroom in the hallway across from the guest room. Tv and lounging in the living area is available as well as use of the kitchen. I will generally be about the house as well. I generally don't provide any meals, but you are free to use the kitchen facilities even if it's just to put leftovers in the fridge.
