Inside features a newly tiled walk in shower, custom kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig drip and pod coffee maker, 50" TV, desk, hand built copper freestanding closet and other custom hand built furniture including a cozy queen bed. Like a private boutique hotel suite great for vacation or remote work. Onsite parking space included right next to the entrance to studio.

Very walkable with Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Ralph's all within walking distance. Very centrally located and close to freeway entrance and exits for those who will be exploring all of the city of San Diego. This is a pro LGBTQ neighborhood and is inviting to all walks of life.

Jordan has thought of everything... literally everything. Communication was 100% on point. The condo is a little quaint place, tucked away towards the back of the building, quiet and shaded. We had an amazing time and will 100% consider Jordan for all of our SD trips. Thanks for a carefree place to be.

This was a lovely little studio that accommodated my travel needs for San Diego. It provided a quiet, restful retreat while I was in town for a career development course. The bed was comfy, the lights were moody, and the bathroom was a lavish little spa experience. I would recommend this place to any person or couple looking for a cozy little crash pad to spend quiet evenings while they're exploring what SD has to offer.

Location: fantastic! Close to restaurants, shops, gay bars, 1 block from great coffee shop (Better Buzz). Host: friendly, communicative, professional. Responded via the app quickly. Apartment: Clean, comfortable, quiet, private, small, comfy bed, a/c unit. Jordan sent the check-in info right away, including pictures that guide you right to the property. The entrance is through the alleyway and was easy to find. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker (keurig). I loved it and would stay here again!
