Triplex House in Morumbi with Jacuzzi

* We only offer elastic sheets, pillows and pillowcases, please bring blankets. * If the Jacuzzi overflows and leaks water into the rooms, a very serious fine of R$800.00 will be imposed. ll some very important information! * Check in and check out is done in person, there can be no delays with the scheduled time! We have schedules to follow and this must not affect you or our next clients, ok? * Dishes and Barbecue are NOT included in the Cleaning Fee! The HOUSE must be delivered exactly as you received it! All dirt is your responsibility, the cleaning fee only includes cleaning the floor and furniture for the next client. If this rule is not complied with, a fine of 400 reais will be imposed. * The use of confetti, streamers and glitter is forbidden (if you use it, you are responsible for cleaning up the mess). If it is not cleaned up, we will impose a fine of 250.00 reais. * Bath and face towels are only provided for the person responsible for the rental. Other guests must bring their own! * We don't offer bed linen. If you want to include it in your stay, you'll be charged 25.00 per person, which includes (face towel, bath towel, sheet, pillowcase and bathrobe). * If you let the Jacuzzi overflow and leak water into the rooms, you will be fined R$800.00. * Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not using it (you will be charged extra if you exceed the daily limit). * Be careful in the neighborhood after 10pm. Obs: The neighbor on the left has a dog, so please don't throw anything at her house, if there is a complaint unfortunately a fine of 200.00 will be applied. She has cameras, so please avoid this inconvenience!
