Relax by yourself, as a couple or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 🏡 🧘
Enjoy the stunning view on the vineyards across, sometimes observe the sheep grazing. This house is nothing short of spectacular if you really like to feel all seasons.🌷🐝🍃❄
The outdoor/ indoor fire places add that special something on top. 🔥 🍷
The Trampoline, sandbox, swing, slide or the table tennis keep your kids active. 🛝
Misterb&b ORIGINAL- I share my former home with you, please take good care! ☺♥
🏔 It’s a steep property with a couple of terraces and levels. Please note that you take full responsibility for yourself and your children’s own safety! Never leave them unattended!
👩🏼🤝👨🏻 The garden is 862m2 big is surrounded by a fence from the other neighbors.
🔥 🪵 You will find fire wood for the indoor as well as the outdoor fire place in the white wooden barn outside in the front-yard. Please note that fires at the outdoor fire place are only allowed for festive and recreational purposes. Only burn some
paper to start with and then stick to wood only. Burning other materials such as trash and even leaves is prohibited by law!
🤫It’s a quiet suburban style neighborhood. Please respect the quiet hours as mentioned.
❄ Depending on the season, the trampoline as well as the table tennis might be out of order (winter months).
🛷 Ask for the toboggan in case you are lucky enough to catch some snow!
🏡 Almost all the house is yours, except the left hand part of the attic and the rear basement.
🫣Since I am sharing my summer and weekend house with you, it goes without saying that I expect you respect the privacy of my family. The private areas are all covered with signs saying „Privat“
🍱 Feel free to use the groceries you need, but please make sure to rebuy what you have used out of respect. That also accounts for an over use of washing fluid and dishwasher tabs.

🛌 Within the master bedroom, which is an open space attic with a semi wall, deviding the the Queensize bed from the 1,20 wide kids bed.

The amount of kWh used, will be charged after departure with 0,70€ per kWh
🚲 Bikes:
There is a Mountainbike with a child seat as well as two very small bikes for beginners (Age 3). Feel free to use them to explore the area but treat them with care.
🧸 Toys:
Feel free to use all the toys in the playroom as well as the outdoor gadgets in the wooden box in the first basement. Treat if with care since it’s all my sons property.
🗑 Trash:
Recycling is pretty strict in Austria. You will find 4 containers underneath the kitchen sink (general, organic, paper, plastic/ Alu).
You can also empty your trash into the big container next to the charging station (Paper, Organic, General waste).
Please collect and store your glass and plastic garbage separately and I will take care of it after your departure!
