Room in beautiful apartment near Toulouse's hypercentre!

I had an amazing stay with Basile and Simon! They have a beautiful, spacious and tasteful apartment, located a short stroll from central Toulouse. Moreover, Basile and Simon were wonderful hosts who made the stay delightful. They are thoughtful, communicative and kind, included me in their plans and gave me some great recommendations to enjoy my stay in the beautiful city of Toulouse. I would highly recommend staying here, and would love to stay again one day. Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux, Basile et Simon !

Basile and Simon are lovely. Good advice, friendly, welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet them. The apartment is very well located, clean and nicely decorated. I will be happy to return there.

Basile and Simon were wonderful hosts. Because they both work they did some tag team hosting which kept me supported 100% of the way. They're also incredibly fascinating people with amazing careers and a beautiful home. They were very respectful of me as a guest and I really like their policy. They also had plenty of good suggestions about things to see and do in Toulouse. I recommend this listing unreservedly.

The description is accurate - Basile and Simon's apartment is very beautiful, and indeed located very close to the center of Toulouse. Basile gave me very clear directions to get to their place, they welcomed me warmly and gave me excellent advice on where to eat and visit in the city, and the room they prepared had everything I needed. 2 minutes' walk from Place Dupuy with its restaurants, 15 minutes to the train station, it was ideal, and the hosts were charming.

Charming apartment, ideally located in the city center, in all respects matching the description and photos. I only stayed for a very short stay (1 night). Communication with Basile was easy throughout the process. The two hosts, Simon and Basile, are present on site, with a very attentive attitude and gave me a spontaneous and friendly welcome for which I sincerely thank them. I want to come back, on the occasion of a future stay in Toulouse, and I absolutely recommend it.

Wonderful experience! Before my arrival, Basile sent a PDF with all the important arrival information which really facilitated my travel. The apartment is perfectly located off a bus line directly connected with the train station and right next to the old town. Would highly recommend for any visitor to Toulouse.
