Room in large T3 at Les Minimes

Had a great short visit with Gregory! His place was very charming and quiet. It was my first time in Toulouse and I was close to everything I wanted to see. Gregory also gave suggestions on where to go in the city

Gregory is a really accommodating, helpful host! He speaks English which made things easier for me. We spent a few really lovely moments together which made the trip even better! I felt comfortable immediately and it actually felt like staying with a friend (which is exactly my vibe). The apartment is extremely clean! The bed is large and very comfortable. Shared bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and lounge (all well sized). The location is perfect! Right near the station, extremely close to shops and also the main attractions to see in Toulouse! Do not hesitate to book if you are considering visiting Toulouse (which you absolutely should) 😁

I had an excellent time at Greg's place! The apartment is perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the city center but in a quiet area where you can rest well. Everything was spotless and super clean. Greg is a lovely host, attentive and always available. I'll be happy to return! Thank you again for the city tour, it was really nice!

Gregory is a nice guy and the room is in a quiet and easily accessible part of the city. We had a good stay.

The location is in a quiet residential area but only a 20 minute walk to the Capitole ( central Toulose) 15 minutes to the train station and about 10-12 minutes to the market on the boulevard de Strasbourg. About a €12 ride from the airport with Uber. The flat is modern, clean and accessible including a nice terrace. The room is great! Big comfortable bed and plenty of space. A shared bathroom is fine. Gregory is also very welcoming, good communication and very helpful. I even learned the difference between "pain au chocolat" and "chocolatine"

Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Close to a few nice bars. And 15 minutes walk from the center of Toulouse. Super clean apartment. Spacious bedroom. Gregory, the owner is very nice and discreet (too much so). I would have liked to chat with him more. Unfortunately it wasn't easy with his very demanding work. Place to recommend without hesitation.
