Quiet room garden view

I booked last minute and Emmanuel and Fabio were very accommodating. I enjoyed their recommendations and our conversations. The house is as described in the listing, located in a residential neighborhood so perfect for a peaceful stay, but only a 30-minute walk from the city center. I recommend.

Very pleasant stay at Emmanuel's. Clean and quiet room. Very warm welcome. The exchanges with Emmanuel are enriching and his advice is valuable for discovering Toulouse. It is easy to get to the Center by public transport and free parking is easily available near the house.

Emmanuel's accommodation is ideal: perfect location close to the metro, a neighborhood with irresistible charm, and as the cherry on the cake a very lovely comfortable room with a garden view in a beautiful house decorated with great taste! The welcome was perfect. It's definitely a must-stay for a visit to Toulouse.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed in a very welcoming house with garden views. There is a bathtub and a shower facing each other for personal use and right next to it a bathroom (toilet) that is shared. The kitchen is also large and has all the necessary appliances and accessories. The owners (Manu and Fabio) are attentive to you in case you need anything but at the same time respect your privacy. Located in a residential area. Great experience!

Very satisfied with our stay with Emmanuel and Fabio, the most pleasant and accommodating hosts, especially for our late arrival and departure when we were able to leave our suitcase to enjoy the last day without being encumbered. The house is well-maintained, clean and charming, decorated with great taste. We felt very comfortable. Breakfast is a nice touch and allows you to chat with our hosts, whom we highly recommend.

Emmanuel and Fabio have a large, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated home which was a great base to explore Toulouse. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the very efficient metro and with a bus stop even closer. There are good restaurants and shops nearby. Emmanuel was very responsive via ******** before my visit and speaks fluent English. Both he and Fabio are great hosts. Emmanuel picked me up from the train station on his way home from work and we shared a wine the night of my arrival to get to know each other (they are great company) and discuss things to do in Toulouse. I would happily stay here again if I returned to this charming city. Thanks E & F

A pleasant stay in Toulouse with kind hosts: the room overlooking the small garden is therefore very peaceful. Located approximately fifteen minutes from the nearest metro station (Canal du Midi), it is then easy to get to the city center. Thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and hospitality.

Honestly, the stay at Manu's is perfect. A superb house maintained with great care. Everything is clean, new and tastefully presented. The bedroom is just like in the photos and the bathroom with shower and bathtub are top-notch. Manu is an attentive host from the moment of booking confirmation to my return home. Great restaurant recommendations were suggested and I have no regrets. Lastly, Manu is an exceptional massage therapist and his treatment did me a world of good. Special mention to the cats, who were also welcoming and with whom I spent some great moments. I'll be happy to return.
