Nice and comfortable room in a clean and well-decorated apartment. I think it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a good value. Nacim is a nice guy and was always willing to chat. The reviews are overwhelmingly positive so I want to share some negatives. Lots of rules like showers need to be less than five minutes and no eating in the room. Check-in is at 7pm! The neighborhood is not charming or pretty. I asked him to turn on the heat bc it was freezing, but he only did the 1st night.

The room is very nice - just what we needed. The apartment is well located - we're really not far from the train station and the city center itself. The host is friendly, gives you good information and has experience. Everything went smoothly. I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is very well located and nothing to say about cleanliness. The bedroom is very well arranged and the bed is very comfortable. As for the host, Nacim is very welcoming and warm. I am delighted to have met him and had very interesting and enriching conversations. I recommend without hesitation.
