Welcome to our home!

We are delighted to welcome you to our apartment, located between the Jolimont and Soupetard neighborhoods, just 1,000 meters from Metro Station A (Jolimont) metro station and about a 15- to 20-minute walk from downtown Toulouse, Matabiau Station, and Place Jean Jaurès / Capitole.

An ideal location for exploring Toulouse! Bus 23 stops right outside the building and provides easy, direct access to several key points in the city, including Place Jean Jaurès, Place Jeanne d’Arc, and the train station. You’ll also be close to the main shopping districts, restaurants, bars, and many of Toulouse’s must-see attractions.

For those who want to experience Toulouse’s gay scene, our apartment is also very well located: several iconic venues and establishments are within a 15- to 30-minute walk (bars, saunas), particularly the Saint-au-Bain neighborhood, while still enjoying a quiet residential area where you can unwind after a day or night out on the town.

Your room is private and comfortable, while the living areas are shared in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

For your comfort, the room features a remote-controlled fan, which is especially appreciated on hot summer days. In winter, the apartment has central heating to ensure you have a pleasant stay no matter the season.

The process is simple: let us know your arrival time, and we’ll be there to give you a warm welcome, show you around the apartment, and provide all the information you need to make the most of your stay in Toulouse.

We’ll be available throughout your entire stay. You’ll have access to the entire apartment, including our large, sunny terrace—perfect for having a drink, chatting, or simply relaxing.

The apartment is quiet, well-insulated, and ideally located for exploring Toulouse on foot or by public transportation.

Are you coming by car? The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and safe, and it’s usually easy to find a parking spot near the apartment.
