Only turn on one air conditioning unit at a time (Turning on both is unnecessary given the size of the apartment, it wastes energy and the electrical installations would not support it) . Do not lose the access card for the electronic lock (It has a loop that can be worn on your belt) (You will be charged R$250.00 if lost) . Do not leave your suitcase on the bed (Leave it under the desk in the bedroom) . After returning from the beach, clean your feet under the tap (at the back of the building, on the ground floor) . Keep quiet during rest hours (to ensure good coexistence with your neighbors) . Do not eat in the room (to avoid bringing insects) . Throw all trash in the trash can (On the metal door next to the elevators) (Trash bags are provided in the cabinet on the right, under the kitchen sink) . Preserve household items (They are there for the well-being of the guest) . Do not stain bed linens and towels (Wet towels are provided to remove makeup) . Keep the kitchen and bathroom windows open (According to the Gas Company's rules) Factors beyond my control will not be reimbursed, nor will requests for early or delayed check-in. Early check-in and short-term check-out are acceptable if discussed by message. Broken/damaged objects will be charged according to the value I find in the surrounding area. I am not responsible for belongings left in the apartment. There are no cameras inside the property for the guest's privacy, but there are cameras in the common areas of the building for everyone's safety. Be friendly and respectful so that we can live together peacefully. I will always do my best as a host and as a person. Do the same, so that we can have a better world. Laundry supplies in the cupboard above the washing machine: washing powder, concentrated fabric softener, clothes pegs, iron . Cleaning supplies in the bathroom: broom, mop, hand broom, brush, hand squeegee, microfiber cloth, toilet brush . Cleaning supplies in the kitchen: garbage bag, bleach, floor cloth, matches, detergent, bucket, sink plunger, baking soda.
