In the heart of the quiet, residential Bastide-Galin neighborhood on Bordeaux's Right Bank, discover this 25m2 studio on the ground floor of a new architect-designed house. A large bay window lets you admire the view of Bordeaux from the Pont Chaban-Delmas, the Pont d'Aquitaine and the Coteaux du Bordelais.
This studio is air-conditioned. It is equipped with a kitchenette: induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. It also has a sofa bed that converts into a 2-seater (ideal for children), a 180 Emma double bed, a baby cot if required, a TV, a table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has its own window, double vanity unit, hairdryer, WC and walk-in shower.
Built to RE2020 construction standards, this studio is perfectly insulated both thermally and acoustically.
Just a 5-minute walk from the Galin streetcar station (line A), and 2 minutes from Buses 31 and 16, the apartment offers easy access to the whole of Bordeaux by public transport. Parking is free and easy in the neighborhood. Located just 2 steps from the Galin swimming pool and stadium, access to the ring road takes just 3 minutes via Boulevard de l'Entre-Deux-Mers, making it easy to get out of Bordeaux.
