Built to RE2020 construction standards, this room is perfectly insulated both thermally and acoustically.
Just a 5-minute walk from the Galin streetcar station (line A), and 2 minutes from Bus 31 and 16, the apartment is within easy reach of all of Bordeaux by public transport. Parking is free and easy in the neighborhood. Located just 2 steps from the Galin swimming pool and stadium, access to the ring road is just 3 minutes via the Boulevard de l'Entre-Deux-Mers, making it easy to get out of Bordeaux.

Cenon SNCF train station 10 minutes on foot
Mérignac airport: Tram line A 50 minutes without change
