This listing is for the entire property and no other guests will be on site during your stay. The heated pool, courtyard and guest rooms will all be private to your group!

With 8 spacious guest rooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Each one of our trendy rooms features a microwave, refrigerator, television and coffee maker. Occupancy is 2 guests per room.

Please note that this is boutique hotel style with 8 private guest rooms with 8 private bathrooms. The pool, courtyard, and entire building will be private to your group. Unfortunately, there is not a shared kitchen on site.

Parking: The availability of parking spots is extremely limited, with only one parking spot allowed per reservation for each guest. The front lot can only fit a maximum of nine cars. We highly recommend using ride-sharing apps, as they typically arrive very fast.

Pets are allowed as long as your group is responsible and clean up after them. They should be on a leash at all times. A fee of $50 will be collected for each pet. Any pet on the property MUST be registered with the host.

The pool is heated! Pool hours are 7am to midnight. No lifeguard on duty. The courtyard is gated and private. You are free to use the courtyard space without curfew, but please be aware of noise levels after 11pm. There are neighboring condos next door.
