The neighborhood is quiet, the house peaceful, we will provide a friendly welcome but wish to remain in the quiet at night, between midnight and 7am. There is a cat in the house. If you find it inconvenient, it can stay with a neighbor during your stay. The bathroom is shared, so we'll share occupancy times to allow everyone to get organized. The kitchen and TV can be used, if necessary we'll give you further instructions.

Excellent accommodation, the room very welcoming and all the house environments very nice, clean and tidy. Alain and his partner are two great hosts, very kind and helpful, they kindly prepared delicious crepes for breakfast. We are very grateful to Alain because he kindly accompanied us to the metro station and explained how to use it, as well as the lines we should take to get around Paris.
