I enjoyed dealing with the people at the front desk. My room faced that back yard, which was quiet with birds singing, which was very pleasant. I was disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the washrooms and showers. There was no holder for toilet paper, so the toilet paper roll was always sitting on the floor, and the floors weren't cleaned for days on end.
