“Cuando hicimos la reserva leímos que incluía el desayuno y al llegar a hacer el check-in lo primero que nos dijeron es que nuestra reserva no tenía desayuno incluido así que algo no nos cuadra muy bien. Sin embargo el hotel es tal cual se le describe sus camas son cómodas y cuando tu necesitas que te hagan aseo en la habitación simplemente dejas el mensaje en la puerta y ya encuentras tu habitación de nuevo como si acabarás de llegar”

When we made the reservation we read that it included breakfast and upon arriving to check-in the first thing they told us is that our reservation did not have breakfast included so something doesn't add up very well for us. However, the hotel is exactly as described - its beds are comfortable and when you need housekeeping in your room you simply leave a message on the door and you find your room again as if you had just arrived.
