This modern, family-run hotel is situated in the Bavarian town of Grünwald, in the southern outskirts of Munich.

The Alter Wirt has recently been renovated in an environmentally-friendly manner. The rooms feature chestnut hardwood floors, locally crafted furniture and metal-free beds and free wireless internet access.

Treat yourself to some delicious Bavarian specialties in the hotel restaurant. The hotel cooks use only fresh, local, organic produce to prepare the meals. In warmer weather enjoy the sun terrace, the apple orchard and beer garden.

Our rooms are cleaned on the third day of the stay. If an earlier interim cleaning is desired, this is possible free of charge upon request.
