What a disappointment with the cleanliness! The room was not (or barely) disinfected (I even asked to change rooms). In the second one... the same issue, traces of cans and other marks on the wood (I cleaned it myself), the soap/shampoo dispenser was not refilled, the cartridge was broken, in short... a huge lack of maintenance (hedges not cut, spider webs everywhere on the ceiling of the outdoor corridors, no mini-fridge in the room even though space is provided, ...). It's a shame because there is potential! I think the staff needs retraining or replacement... It's really unfortunate because everything is nearby!
