“The young staff were VERY friendly & welcoming, esp Redone who has a bubbly personality. They both helped me with my limited command of French. The cleaner and site manager were also friendly & attentive, however, my room smelt strongly of cigarettes and the toilet of stale urine, so I had to buy disinfectant, bleach, rubber gloves, hygienic wipes and an air freshener. I had to ask for my room to be made up and I had to ask for fresh towels. I have never had to do this in any hotel before & was at the hotel for 17 days. The breakfasts were good, but the midweek breakfast stopped being served at 9.30am, early for a holiday maker like myself. No tea/coffee facilities in the room or anywhere else in the hotel. Parking was plentiful & it was easy to park near my room. The place looks a little sad/neglected. Perhaps it should be redecorated. But thank you”
